100 Push-ups - Day 4
I woke up feeling a little better, so I decided to do my workout today. I was to do the following sets of push-ups 9/8/6/5/7 and I didn’t quite do that many. Initally I was going to do push-ups every Monday, Wednesday and Friday; skipping a day between workouts. I have decided that, for now atleast, I will have to skip 2 between workouts.
