I have to say that, as a liberal, I love MSNBC. I am not even going to try to pretend that my network isn’t biased toward Obama. I kind of wish they would try to hide it a little better though. Right now they are trying to destroy Sarah Palin. They are digging up as much dirt as they can. So far it looks like she is under investigation for abuse of power for having a state trooper...

Me: There is no way anyone can be worse that bush. But I'm sure you will hear that from every republican in America.
Matt: What’s sick is people put a value on politicians by how much money they've raised... So who does he have to "pay back" with favors? Why does he speak outside the US? Are other countries participating in this election? He is bought and paid for. He's a puppet and he owes people. So if you think he is such a savior, you are wrong. He is just as much of a crook as the next guy.
Me: Well, he doesn't take money from Lobbyists and most of his donations do come from independent people.
Matt: You know that for a fact? Are you working with Obama's people? Here is a shocker for you... People lie.
Me: I don't really know who would pay him to speak overseas. But, I see him speaking in Germany as a way to show the world he supports reuniting America's relationship with the world.
Matt: That’s good. I really truly do hope that he will deliver what he said he would. If he pulls us out of this mess, and does what he said he will do, I'll tell you what. I will change my party.
Me: I'm not gonna sit here and say he is perfect. He is just a politician, and sure he probably is lying about some things. But, I like his lies better than McCain's. Running for president is basically making a sale. And Obama's sales pitch is better.
Matt: Agreed, but as a consumer, it is my job to see through the bullshit, and see if the salesman is selling a hunk of shit.
Me: We only have two real choices. Obama or McCain. I think it is up to each individual to look at every issue and pick the candidate that you agree with on the most important issues. You are taking a chance that everything they have said is a lie. But, you cannot say for certain that they are lying. If he is lying then we got fooled. But, you run that risk every time you vote.

I loved this show and was pissed when it got canceled. Until I found this little gem. They are making a direct-to-dvd film and if it does well the show may get picked up again. Oh yea and Henry Ian Cusick is in it. You know him as mother fucking Desmond on Lost.
