100 Push-ups - Day 1
I never thought I was as out of shape as I am. I started a workout routine today thats goal is to make you strong enough to do 100 pushups by the end of 6 weeks. You have to do an initial test to see which fitness rank you fall into. I could only do 7 push-ups without feeling out of breath. That is just pathetic. So, I rank in the 2nd fitness rank. Now, for three days out of the week I have to do a reset number of push-up sets. I had to start with 7 then take a 60 second break. Do 7 more and a 60 second break. Then 5, then 4 and finally as many as I could do. That ended up being a total of 29 pushups for day 1. Let’s hope that I can actually end up with 100 consecutive pushups by August 24th.
