100 Push-ups - Day 3

Initally I was going to do push-ups every Monday, Wednesday and Friday; skipping a day between workouts.  I have decided that, for now atleast, I will have to skip 2 between workouts.  I woke up this morning more sore than I did yesterday and thought by the end of the day it would go away and I would be able to do my pushups.  I was wrong.  I just tried and couldn’t do one without my muscles feeling like they would seperate from my arms.  I doubt that would actually happen, but I sure the hell am not gonna test that theory out.  I must have done to many on the first day or something.  So, tommorrow I promise I will be doing push-ups.
