100 Push-ups - Day 4
I woke up feeling a little better, so I decided to do my workout today. I was to do the following sets of push-ups 9/8/6/5/7 and I didn’t quite do that many. I decided to drop myself back a category and do the level 1 sets of 4/3/2/2/4. This was a lot easier, but I am still a little soar. If and when my performance improves I will bump myself up a category. I guess I’m just starting off a little slow. I don’t want to accept defeat, so I will push on.
